100% Tuition; Members of the Connecticut Army National Guard in good standing submit application through their unit to waive tuition to Connecticut State Schools. Veterans Honorably discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces, 90 days active Military duty during war. Public Colleges and Universities require proof of service with a DD 214
